Landshark Rugby

Solid showing this weekend; it was great to see so many new faces show up to play. Practice Tuesday will start at 4:00pm on the South Field (High Altitude Rugby Facility). We will be helping clear the fields along with a few club sports. Wear your team sweatshirts and bring any snow shovels you can find. Bring your kit.

We will be playing in Las Vegas this weekend. 1pm local kickoff, 2pm Arizona time. Boots on by 12 noon local time.

Make sure to review your offensive sets for practice Thursday.

Note: The pitch is on a high school, so no alcohol will be permitted whatsoever.

As you know, the NAU fields are all buried in feet of snow, which is rapidly turning into ice. As a result, practice will continue this week in the Fieldhouse, from 5:00-6:30pm. Our home game scheduled for this week will, unfortunately not be played in Flagstaff. The guys in Vegas agreed to switch out home and away weekends, but they've had no luck finding a field either. Our last resort is to play in Phoenix; stay tuned for any updates on the situation.
